We’ve teamed up with Lujayn Alghamdi, an MSc student at Royal Holloway, University of London, to help with a study on Compassion and Cervical Screening.
Lujayn is interested whether self-compassion, compassion from others and the issue of shame play a role in managing any difficulties experienced during cervical screening. She’ll be using the results collected to inform interventions that could help women attend their cervical screening appointments.
