The My Body Back Project was created to support women around a year onwards after their sexual assault. In the immediate aftermath, there are more specific charities and support groups ready and waiting to help you in any way they can.

A national charity dedicated to supporting people who have experienced rape, child sexual abuse and/or any other kind of sexual violence.

Women’s Aid 

A national charity working to end domestic abuse against women and children.


National Domestic Violence Freephone Helpline

The Freephone 24 hour national domestic violence helpline, run in partnership between Women’s Aid and Refuge.
