Come and join us for Cafe V on Saturday 9th December, with writer, actor and producer Nina Millns.
This is a safe space for women who have experienced sexual violence to learn about sexual pleasure and reclaiming your body after assault. The hour-long session will cover problems with sex and sexuality including orgasm, masturbation, triggers, anxiety or pain during sex and body issues.
Café V is run especially for women who have experienced sexual violence. We will look at practical ways to connect with the body and physical relaxation techniques. Everybody is welcome and there will be plenty of cakes, teas and a supportive atmosphere. You can choose to listen and contribute as much or as little as you wish.
Nina Millns is a writer, actor and producer who founded the comedy collective Bad Handshake and has worked extensively in theatre, radio, TV and film. She writes for numerous blogs and websites, including Funny Women, Mimo TV and UK Design Centre and has been nominated for several awards.
