Clit Tip of the Week

Has anyone ever heard of the PS Spot? I know everyone knows about the g-spot and the clitoris but the perineum is something I’ve found too. The perineal sponge is between the vagina and anus. I accidentally found mine. It feels like there are a lot of nerves there and it’s easy access for masturbation. Try massaging it. It really is a thing and it’s easier to find that your g-spot. For a long time I neglected other parts of my body while wanking – I tend to be stimulated primarily through my clitoris so that was the main game. But what I have found is to pay more attention to the rest of my body. First it started with massaging my breasts and then moved slowly to investigating the inside of my vagina (which admittedly made me feel a bit uncomfortable at first). However the reason why I suggest this is because I realised the g-spot isnt something you just ‘find’ (for me this is a total fallacy) but something that becomes more sensitive overtime. If I gently rub around the area where I think my g-spot should be while making myself feel good in other ways, as a result I have slowly become more sensitive to my g-spot and it has become more active in response. It takes a little bit of time and practice but it has made my g-spot go from non-existent to lots of fun – give it a try!

This sounds really odd but if you’re having a problem stimulating anything down there after being attacked, try long distance running. I felt numb in my vagina for a long while after being raped. I took up running as a way to connect with my body again and got quite good at it. I was once out on a ten mile run and I felt as if I was going to come. It was the first time I felt good feelings down there since the rape. I don’t know if it was the improved circulation or the new found freedom I felt in my body. But it worked.

Place a few fingers at in the centre-top of your pelvic area. So your fingers are resting on top of the area where your clitoris is. You should be a few inches below your belly button. It might seem basic to some, but it is something that I have always forgotten and need to work on all the time – and that is to BREATHE! Somewhere along the line I taught myself that as I was getting closer to climax that I should restrict my breathing and tense my body. As I have gotten older I have realised that this actually restricts the flow of sexual energy and inhibits my internal parts of reaching their maximum climax. These days, when I masturbate, I try to breath deeply, right into my stomach and right up until I orgasm, even using some meditation exercises if I am really tense.
